"What? I never trusted anyone."'' — Suzume Yosano
Suzume Yosano (与謝野 昭代 Yosano Suzume) was a player in the real-life game of Btooom! She tried to kill Yoshioka Seichiro unsuccesfully and after that, attempted to do the same with Heitaro Togo and Yoko Higuchi. Shortly after, she was killed in self-defense by Togo, who obtained her IC chip and her Homing BIM.
Appearance[]
Suzume Yosano wears a black dress with a belt and a grey jacket. She has black, a pearl necklace and big glasses. Like any player of the Btooom! game, she has an IC chip implanted in her left hand and carries a bandolier, which is worn on her waist.
Personality[]
At first glance she looks like a tired and calm but friendly old lady, but quickly she shows her dark side in the game trying to kill Yoshioka and expressing her distate for her family and the idea that humanity is doomed.
She can also act in a manipulative way looking like a victim in front of Heitaro and Yoko, although she was caught by the latter in her lies. Finally, when her facade is discovered, she quickly returns to her true self and tries to kill them both, which ended in her death at the hands of Heitaro Togo.

Etymology[]
Suzume shares her full name with Suzume Yosano, the main female protagonist of Hirunaka no Ryuusei.
- The name Suzume means "bright" (昭) (suzu) and "generation" (代) (me).
- Suzume's surname Yosano means "bestow, participate in, give, award, impart, provide, cause, gift, godsend" (与) (yo), "apologize, thank, refuse" (謝) (sa) and "field, wilderness" (野) (no).
